For super science, we got to investigate our heart rates. We all know how to find our pulse. We also know about the correlation to activity and our heart rates. 

Teaching Teachers

The teachers invaded our classroom one afternoon. I got to share with them about Number Talks and how we use them in our math class. 

Do you see how important it is to keep your area clean and neat? You never know who might need to use your space. 

A Double and a Triple

Often times at MBES, you may see someone who looks just like another. Coincidence? I think not! School is a place to learn, but it is also the place where our favorite people are! 

100 Days Smarter

The 100th day is always such a milestone in the year! It seems impossible that we have been together that many days already. It also makes us realize that we don't have an unlimited amount of time left together. It gives us a jolt to make the most of our days. 

Granny 'Cullers substituted for Mrs. McCullers. A teacher who is 100 years is is quite different. The way she addressed the "boys and girls" and administered her "examinations" definitely captured their attention. She had a few 100 year old friends join her that day as well. 

What a memorable day for all of us!
